At Dailepay, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may request a refund—subject to validation of your claim. Please review the terms of your purchase carefully before proceeding.
Cancellation Policy
1. How to Cancel
- Send cancellation requests to info@dailepay.in with your order details.
- Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle/service period. Late requests will apply to the following period.
2. Exceptions
- Non-refundable services (e.g., customized/digital products) will be clearly marked at purchase.
- Cancellations after work has commenced may incur partial charges (see below).
Refund Policy
1. Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated case-by-case, typically for:
- Undelivered services
- Critical defects not resolved within a reasonable time
- Billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges)
No refunds for:
- Services already rendered (unless defective)
- Change of mind post-purchase
2. Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.) within 7 business days of approval.
- For gateway payments, refunds are processed via the same gateway.
3. Partial Refunds
If work has begun, you may be charged for completed portions.
How to Request a Refund

- Order/reference number
- Reason for refund + supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots)
- We'll respond within 48 hours with a resolution.
Fine Print
- Disputes: Unresolved issues may be escalated to relevant consumer protection authorities.
- Policy Updates: We reserve the right to amend terms. Continued use implies acceptance.
